‘Happy’ Pharrell Made First 24 Hour Music Video

Pharrell Williams has released the first 24-hour-long interactive music video for his track off of the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. The video was launch on 24hoursofhappy.com. When the viewer first get to the site dedicated to THE “Happy” it already lives. There is a clock face layered over the video point that falls in line with whatever time it actually is wherever the viewer is located. The video features special guests like Odd Future, Magic Johnson, Steve Carrell, Jamie Foxx, Kelly Osbourne, Jimmy Kimmel and more.


Users can click through to different times on the clock face to take in an array of moments as the song plays on loop. They also have the ability to comment on certain sections and share moments via Twitter and Facebook. The video was directed by French duo We Are From L.A..
